RidYourStuff.com will not sell, trade or rent to any third party any information supplied by you. Our contact information from the registration form is used to ship your purchases, inform you about our company, or for other promotional offers that may be of interest to you.

We will cooperate with law enforcement in providing any of your user/contact information if illegal activity is reported to us. We log all activity on our site and can track all transactions via email address, IP address, paypal payments, etc. This info will be used against any accounts involved in illegal/fraudulant activity.


Buyers:  Bidding on an item indicates your intent to purchase that item and is considered a legally binding contract between yourself and the seller of the item. Bids cannot be cancelled once they are submitted. Upon receiving notification that you are the winning bidder you are obligated to purchase the item. If you do not pay your seller within their auction guidelines, your seller can turn you in for non payment through an abuse report. Any account receiving two reports against them in any 60 day period will be subject to review for suspension.
